Instrucţiuni pentru Autori

Pot fi trimise pentru a fi publicate în Revista de Psihoterapie Experienţială studii şi cercetări privind: psihoterapia, în special psihoterapia experienţială, consilierea psihologică, psihopatologia şi psihologia clinică, terapiile de familie, terapia copilului şi adolescentului, psihopatologia şi psihoterapia socială, terapiile holistice şi complementare.

Articolele vor fi trimise în limba engleză (titlul, rezumatul, cuvintele-cheie şi textul). Ca standarde de publicare vor fi folosite cele incluse în Publication Manual of the American Association, a 4-a ediţie.

Fiecare articol, care nu poate depăşi un număr de 25 de pagini (format A4, la 1,5 rânduri) va conţine obligatoriu:

1. numele complet al autorului sau autorilor, precum şi afilierea lor şi adresa de e-mail pentru contact;
2. rezumatul, ce nu poate depăşi 300 de cuvinte;
3. maximum 5 cuvinte cheie;
4. textul propriu-zis;
5. referinţe bibliografice;
6. tabele/ figuri.

Odată cu articolul, autorul va trimite o scrisoare prin care asigură editorul că acesta nu a fost trimis simultan şi altor reviste şi că, dacă articolul va fi publicat, drepturile de copyright revin Editurii SPER Cons Edit, sub egida Societăţii Române de Psihoterapie Experienţială.

Articolele pot fi trimise în două moduri:

1. prin poştă, împreună cu un disc (preferabil DOS format), la adresa: Iolanda Mitrofan, Splaiul Independenţei nr. 17 bl. 101 sc. 2 et. 4 ap. 29, sector 5, Bucureşti, România, cod poştal 050093;
2. prin e-mail, la adresa: Această adresă de e-mail este protejată de spamboţi; aveţi nevoie de activarea JavaScript-ului pentru a o vizualiza .

ORGANIZAREA ARTICOLULUI

Titlul articolului. Titlurile vor fi scurte, specifice și descriptive și vor accentua ideea principală a articolului și nu va conține afirmații declarative. Lungimea titlului, inclusiv punctuațția și spațiile, nu trebuie să depășească 150 de caractere (ideal sub 100 de caractere).

Autorii. Prenumele, inițiala celui de al doilea prenume și numele autorilor, fără grade științifice, didactice sau militare; (ex., Marius N Vasilescu, nu Vasilescu M N).

Nota de subsol care menționează titlurile științifice ale autorilor, numele și adresa locului de muncă (instituție și departament) pentru fiecare autor; datele de contact ale autorului ce corespondează (adresa completă, nr. de telefon, nr. de fax, adresa de e-mail). Datele de contact vor fi publicate în revistă în lipsa unei cereri formulate expres de către autor ca aceste date sa nu fie publicate.

Abstractul nu trebuie să depășească 300 de cuvinte și trebuie să conțina 5 paragrafe cu denumirile:

1. Introducere,
2. Obiective,
3. Metode,
4. Rezultate
5. Concluzii.

Cuvinte cheie. Se vor folosi maxim 5 cuvinte (minim 3), care nu trebuie să se regăsească în titlu.

Articolele sunt organizate în:

I. Introducere (nu mai mult de 25% din text), materiale și metode, rezultate, comentarii și discuții.

II. Materialele și metodele trebuie descrise suficient de detaliat încât să poata fi reproduse de alte echipe de cercetare. Aceeași denumire a produselor trebuie menținută în întregul text (cu menționarea denumirii comerciale în paranteze la prima citare).

III. Rezultatele trebuie prezentate concis. Tabelele și figurile nu vor repeta textul.

IV. Discutiile au rolul de a așeza rezultatele într-un context și de a pregăti concluziile autorilor. Informațiile din Introducere sau Rezultate nu trebuie repetate decât în cazul necesității unei mai bune clarificari. Discuțiile trebuie de asemenea să includă și o comparație între rezultatele obținute și alte studii din literatură, cu explicații și ipoteze asupra diferențelor observate, comentarii asupra importanței studiului și statusul actual al subiectului investigat, probleme nerezolvate și întrebari la care se va raspunde în viitor.

V. Bibliografie. Lista de referințe va include doar referințele citate în text.

Se vor mentiona toti autorii, atunci cand numarul acestora este mai mic sau egal cu 6; atunci când sunt 7 sau mai multi autori, se vor mentiona doar primii 3 si se va adauga 'et al' (Mitrofan, I., Godeanu D., Godeanu, A. S. et al).

Referințe la un capitol dintr-o carte:

Folosirea Italic, plasarea corectă a punctuației precum și aspectul general al textului trebuie să respecte regulile menționate mai sus. Aceasta este o condiție obligatorie și eliminatorie.

Textul trebuie editat în "Word doc".

Utilizati cât mai putine comenzi de formatare cu putință:

• Se va introduce textul continuu (fără spații);
• Nu se vor utiliza diferite tipuri de font pentru a evidenția textul;
• Orice cuvânt sau frază a cărei importanță se dorește a fi reliefată, va fi subliniat(ă);
• Se va întrebuința doar tasta "Enter" pentru a indica sfârsitul la finalul paragrafelor, subtitlurilor, listelor etc.;
• Pentru a indica paragrafele, se va utiliza tasta "Tab", nu se va folosi "Space Bar".

Graficele și tabelele vor fi editate în Word sau Excel. Se va indica în text locul tabelului, specificându-se denumirea acestuia.

Fotografiile se vor scana și vor fi salvate ca fisiere cu extensia .tif sau .jpg. Se va indica în text locul fotografiei, specificându-se denumirea acesteia.

ACCEPTAREA MANUSCRISELOR

Orice articol este admis pentru publicare numai pe baza avizului ştiinţific. Fiecare articol va fi trimis la 2 referenţi ştiinţifici, fără ca autorul să ştie cine sunt aceştia. în cazul în care ambii referenţi oferă un aviz favorabil, articolul urmează să fie publicat. Dacă referenţii fac unele sugestii pentru îmbunătăţirea calităţii articolului, atunci acesta este remis autorului pentru refacere, după care se reia procedura de evaluare. Dacă şi a doua oară articolul nu este avizat favorabil de cei doi referenţi, el va fi respins definitiv.

Instructions to Authors

In order to be published in Journal of Experiential Psychotherapy it can be sent studies and researches regarding: Psychotherapy, especially Experiential psychotherapy, Psychological counseling, Psychopathology and clinic psychology, Family therapy, Child and adolescent therapy, Psychopathology and social psychotherapy, Holistic and complementary psychotherapies.

Articles will be sent as a manuscript in English language (title, abstract, key-words and the text of article). As standards for publication will be used those included in Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, fourth edition.

Each article which will not overpass 25 pages (A4 format, at 1.5 rows) will compulsory contain:

1. complete name of author or authors, as well as their affiliation and e-mail contact;
2. abstract, which can not overpass 300 words;
3. maximum 5 key words;
4. complete text of article;
5. references;
6. tables/ figures.

Also the author has obligation to send a letter in order to assure editor the article was not simultaneously sent to other journals and if the article will be published copyright is transferred to Romanian Society for Experiential Psychotherapy.

All articles will be sent in 2 copies in one of the two ways:

1. by mail, together with a computer disk (regularly DOS format) at the address: Iolanda Mitrofan, Splaiul Independentei nr. 17 bl. 101 sc. 2 et. 4 ap. 29, sector 5, Bucharest, Romania, postal code 050093;

ARTICLE ORGANIZATION

Title of the article. Titles will be short, specific and descriptive, and they will emphasize the main idea of the article and will not contain any statements. The length of the title, including the punctuation and spaces, must not be longer than 150 characters, (the ideal length being under 100 characters).

Authors. First name, Capital letter of the second name, and last name of the authors, without scientific, didactic or military degrees; (for example, Marius N Vasilescu, not Vasilescu M N).

Footnote stating the scientific titles of the authors, name and address of each author’s workplace (institution and department); contact information of the corresponding author (full address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address). All contact information shall be published in the revue, unless a specific request is forwarded by the author, in order not to publish the aforementioned data.

The abstract must not be longer than 300 words and must contain 5 paragraphs entitled as follows:

1. Introduction,
2. Objectives,
3. Methods,
4. Results,
5. Conclusions.

Key words. One will use at maximum 5 words (and minimum 3), which must not be included in the title.

Articles are organized as follows:

I. Introduction (no more than 25% of the text), materials and methods, results, commentaries and discussions.

II. Materials and methods shall be described in enough detail, so as to be replicated by other research teams. The same product names shall be maintained across the whole text (also mentioning, in parentheses, the commercial name when first quoted).

III. Results shall be presented in a concise manner. Tables and figures shall not repeat the text.

IV. Discussions are aimed to set the results in context and to prepare for the authors’ conclusions. Information from Introduction or Results must not be repeated unless they need to be better explained. Discussions must also include a comparison between the results obtained and other studies from literature, with explanations and hypotheses on observed differences, commentaries on the importance of the study and the current status of the investigated subject, unsolved problems and questions to be answered in the future.

V. Bibliography. The reference list shall include only references quoted within the text.

All authors will be mentioned, when they are 6 or less; when they are 7 or more, one will mention only the first 3 and add  'et al' (Mitrofan, I., Godeanu D., Godeanu, A. S. et al).

The use of Italic, the correct placement of punctuation and the general aspect of the text must observe all rules mentioned above. This is a compulsory and eliminatory condition.

The text must be edited in "Word doc".

Use as little formatting commands as possible:

• Text shall be introduced continuously (no spaces);
• One will not use different font types in order to emphasize the text;
• The importance of any word or phrase shall be emphasized by underlining it;
• One will use only the "Enter" key in order to mark the end of the paragraphs, subtitles, lists etc;
• One will use the "Tab" key in order to mark paragraphs, and not the "Space Bar" key.

Graphics and tables will be edited in Word or Excel. One will mark the place of the table within the text and mention its title.

Photographs will be scanned and saved as files with .tif or .jpg extension. One will mark the place of the photograph within the text and mention its title.

PEER REVIEW

Any article is admitted for publication only on the basis of scientific advice. Each article will be sent to two scientific personalities who will evaluate it. In no way the author will know these referees. In the case both referees offer a positive report the article will be published. If the report contains some suggestions relating the article’s quality this will be sent to the author for improvement and after that will be applied again evaluation procedure. If both referees not approve the new form of article it will be definitive rejected.
